At Pixora Krafts, every product is made-to-order and customized based on your request. Since these items are uniquely created and cannot be reused or resold, we follow a strict No Refund, No Return, and No Exchange policy on all customized products.
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email from our payment gateway partner. Orders are only taken into production after payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, such as:
