What types of 3D printing services do you offer?

We specialize in customized 3D printing for gifts, decor, prototypes, nameplates, and personalized designs. Whether it’s a unique occasion gift or a project model, we bring your idea to life.

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our collection, select your desired item, choose any customizations (such as color, name etc.), and click on the "Add to Cart" button. When you're ready, go to your cart and proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.

How can I make the payment for my order?

You can securely complete your payment through our integrated payment gateway during checkout. We accept multiple online payment options for a smooth and hassle-free ordering experience.

Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, we do not offer COD. All orders must be confirmed with full payment before production begins, as each product is custom-made.

Can I return or exchange an item after receiving it?

Since every product is custom-designed and printed as per your request, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is a printing defect or damage during delivery, we’ll assist you.

 

How long does the printing and delivery process take?

Processing time depends on the size and complexity of the design. Typically, orders are completed and shipped within 2–3 working days.

Can I request changes after printing has started?

Changes to the design can only be made before production begins. Once printing is in progress, modifications are not possible.

What material do you use for printing?

We primarily use high-quality PLA or PETG filament, which is durable, lightweight, and suitable for display, decor, and personalized items.

Amount has been debited but I have not received confirmation ?

If your payment was successful, you should receive a confirmation email from RazorPay, our payment gateway partner.
